My work focused on helping learners navigate complex, real-world situations, such as difficult conversations, and decision-making — by pairing realistic scenarios with guided practice. I design learning experiences that move beyond information delivery and into behavior change, using AI thoughtfully to create safe spaces for reflection, and rehearsal.
