Microagressions Microlearning
Instructional Designer
This is a scenario-based microlearning module allows learners to consider the impact of microaggression on professional relationships. Through interactive scenarios and reflecting on their willingness to respond in these moments. The experience is paired with an AI-assisted learning coach that provides guided practice. feedback. and rehearsal helping learners build awareness and confidence applying skills in real situations.
